IcingAh is an anti-humidity icing sugar, mixed with anti-caking elements that allow us -without losing the light texture and particle size- to offer an impalpable sugar that resists humidity and environmental changes. Designed to allow perfect finishes with lustre sugar, extending its duration and allowing stable and always fresh results.
By using IcingAh, the finish of cakes and pastries always remains freshly baked.
Characteristics:
- Intense white in colour, IcingAh has a very fine granulometry and low weight. Designed for finishing preparations, it is not recommended for use in mixtures or doughs (for this type of use, restrict to Icing).
- Long shelf life (thanks to its anti-humidity formula), even when stored in places with changing humidity. Keep in a cool, dry place.
Applications:
- Finishing of pastry pieces, cakes, tarts, fruit,... being able to resist in a fixed way the humidity of the products with which it comes into contact. Perfect for Montblanc, Santiago cake, Sara cake, tortells, gypsy arms, crumbles, crostatta, cakes, meringues,...
- Thanks to its granulometry and weight, it allows precise use for drawing shapes (with stencil type templates), and exact finishes.
